I’m unable to play. Keeps saying there is an 66 minute que to play the game. I only have 60 minutes of my time to play. Please fix this. I and thousands of others are paying to play. We shouldn’t be waiting. Fix your game please. If you can’t fix it, then kindly reimburse the money I payed. That’s not fair to take my money and then tell me I can’t play every night.

You are welcome to play, Tarnish, when the realms are up and available but there is finite room on each realm. You play on a high population realm that currently has a queue.
We have Free Character Moves available if you wish to transfer to a realm that does not currently have a queue.
