We have a couple threads about this going in the bug report forums.
Be sure to add voices to those and submit your own bug reports in-game if you haven’t already.
Additionally, it seems it’s at least on their radar, as there are 2 support articles about the issue now, though honestly I can’t tell if they manually make these or if they’re autogenerated based on high volumes of tickets using the same phrases. Seems odd that they’d have 2 up for the same issue with both of them posted in the middle of the night.
