I know this was previously a bug a few years back but it may well have reared its head again. Have flown into Naxx from Northrend and attempted to do the final part of the ‘I pitied the fool’ achievement . Once inside the instance the love fool is unable to be placed and a notification pops up alerting you to the fact it can only be used outside. Anyone else experiencing this right now?

Has anyone made a ticket for this? I tried to create one just now but support system lags out after a never ending spinning circle. Its likely a recurrence of the bug from 2020, but only affecting naxx this time

Yeah, I tried placing it outside and just wasted it. wont let me place it inside. hopefully a fix soon. Its the last thing I need for the Long strange trip achievement.

That’s probably the root cause of why it’s happening.
20 years of accumulated interlocking changes at every level of the game code base. It’s a miracle any specific change doesn’t bring down the whole ancient overbuilt rickety house of cards.

No one is questioning that it is happening, the issue is no one at blizz will actually fix these issues.

It seem like the Love Fool is disabled in the same way many other items are disabled inside instances to prevent exploitation or something. It might just be easier to removed the Naxxaramas requirement from the achievement.

I’ve also had this issue. GM replied telling me to have a look on wowhead which I already had and to submit a bug report. Did this and resubmitted a ticket as bug reports arent responded to. Reply was It will most likely be fixed during the next maintenance or even through a hotfix, though I can’t provide an exact date for when this issue will be resolved.

Why do we even continue to play blizzard for a busted aas game? I’ll be cancelling my sub after this crap. I left a post a month ago about how the angler fishing pole is busted too. We pay them and they return the favor by not fixing their product. Embarrassing

Same issue, literally the last part of the achievement I need to get the Love Fool title, this better be fixed before the end of the event!
