Unable to open Victorious Contender's Strongbox after realm transfer

I have two Victorious Contender’s Strongboxes and I am unable to open them after doing a realm transfer. They turn gray and then I cannot interact with them unless I log off and then back on. I can delete them and put them in my bank. Thanks.

You’ll want to submit a ticket if you haven’t already, Æcate. A Game Master should be able to help.

Ok will do. I wasn’t sure how your customer service system worked. Thought I had to start here. Thanks!

I just posted this link in another thread, but since a service was involved you should be able to use this.

Okay I see, that link is the same path as in-game → Support → Contact Support → In-Game Issues → Items and mail → Not listed here → Contact Us

Thank you for the link, that makes it much easier to get to.

Just thought I’d point out that it’s not quite the same path. The Purchase Failure one that Kozzae listed goes into a higher priority queue, since it is something that broke after using a real money service. This ticket path would likely get answered a bit quicker.

The Items and Mail Not Listed Here would likely still work it would just take a little longer most likely, since it’s in the normal queue.

The Blues in Customer Support do not generally moderate the other forums.

Vrakthris is NOT a dev or QA, he can’t do anything about it.

To jump off what Reffle and Storm said, cross linking to other threads in another forum isn’t really what the blues here do. If you believe a thread/posts ain’t following the rules, you’d want to report it. The blues where don’t man every form out there because they felt like they should see a given forum post/thread.

As the others pointed out, CptBrandon, I’m not a Game Developer, nor am I a Community Manager. I can’t do anything about what you linked. I moved the thread to the bug report forum so that QA can look into the behavior to see if it is considered a bug or not.

Jumping into other threads for attention and cross linking runs contrary to forum policies. If you had created your own thread yesterday I could have provided that same information there and maybe some direction on where to post, but I won’t generally respond to a thread hijack.

As the issue in this thread was resolved already I am making an exception and replying since the OP likely doesn’t need anything else so I can close the thread afterward.
