why is it so hard to open a ticket…like keep redirecting me more.
Are you experiencing this same issue or do you have a separate issue you’re putting in a ticket for? We can likely provide you with a direct link to a ticket option, just need to know what the issue is.

But if it’s a known issue, it’s highly unlikely that a GM will be able to help. It sounds more like a QA/Dev issue that needs to be worked out.

Might I suggest
A)Editing this post. I know you are frustrated but masked profanity is still a violation
B) Start a new thread describing your issue. Perhaps one of us could walk you through the resolution, or point you as to exactly how to open the ticket you are having issues with.
