Hey there. I just tried to log into my character, and I am stuck in a dc loop in Stormwind. I’ve tried submitting a ticket, using the self-serve system, scan/repair, cleared cache and addons, and tried to have someone summon me, all to force a disconnect. If I could have any help I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks a ton!
Did the self-help system work to move your character? You also mentioned a ticket. If you still have a ticket in, then that’s likely your best bet. If you couldn’t find a link to use, you can use this one:
No, the self-help system did not work, nor did submitting a ticket. Submitting a ticket results in the ticket being automatically resolved without any help.

That shouldn’t be the case. Try the link I provided as it should also let you pick the character and server etc. Those tickets are prioritized to help get you back into the game quicker.

Just submitted a ticket using that link, let’s hope it works! I have raid in 10 minutes 
I’ll be honest, while they’re prioritized, I don’t know that they’re going to get to it that fast. But I’ll keep my fingers and toes crossed for you

Hahaha, the raid bit was just a joke, though I appreciate the help! I’ll keep this thread updated just in case it’s faster though.

It appears as though your character was moved to the Stormwind Graveyard, Ávellea. Try logging in again if you would.

I have been trying for 6 hours to log in to my main Staroth 120 mage on Silver Hand. I have put in tickets and they just say “resolved” when nothing was done. I can log in other alts no problem. When I go to Contact Support> World of Warcraft> Unable to move - to move my character to the nearest area I get this error: Oops! It looks like something went wrong.
We could not complete your request. Please try again or submit a support ticket if the problem persists.
CAN you please fix my game?
Did you try the direct link to the ticket that Perl posted earlier?

Hey! This is exactly what happened with me. I put in a ticket using the link from Perl, and a GM got back to me in about 20 minutes saying my character had been moved to the Stormwind graveyard. Use that link, it works wonders!
