I’m talking about being unable to mount in mountable areas out of combat with an error message appearing ‘you can’t do that yet’. I’ve now had it happen three separate times across two characters:

This priest sitting in dazar’alor a week ago, I could mount fine. I qued up for stromgarde warfront. Once I got into the group and landed from the airship inside the horde base (out of combat) I could not mount, even after the entire base was clear. Finishing the warfront, changing specs, changing zones, relogging, etc. did not fix it. A few days later it randomly fixed itself when I finished an M+ run and hearthed out.

My leveling warrior a few days ago doing the war campaign quest in stormsong valley to capture warfang hold. I could mount fine up until near the end of the quest, then when I was told to blow the horn on the tower I suddenly was unable to mount even out of combat. Going back to dazar’alor afterwards, changing specs, relogging, etc. did not fix it. Completing a random dungeon this time also did NOT fix it. Instead when I decided to fly to vol’dun from dazar’alor I got a ‘transfer aborted: instance not found’ mid flight which dismounted me (died from fall damage). After taking res sickness I could suddenly mount again.

This priest AGAIN a few days ago. I was doing an underrot M+ run and could mount just fine in any mountable area within the instance. I finished the run and hearthed back to dazar’alor. Now I suddenly cannot mount again and I do not know when the hell this problem will magically fix itself again.
I cannot open a ticket to address this issue because open ended support tickets are no longer possible from what I’ve seen in the ‘help’ menu. You must narrowly specify your character problem issue and I see no option in there for mounting problems. This is REALLY frustrating and makes world content near impossible to enjoy.
