Unable to log into certain realms - 7/31

Have tried to log in to 5 different toons on Area 52 and they all get to the end of the loading bar, sit there, and then says “character not found”. Other servers are working fine. Was just on Area 52 like an hour ago with no issues.

I’ve been on for the past hour. There is alot of lag in Dragonflight zones for some reason. Maybe the server is getting hit hard.

Yeah seems like it, guildie just reported he can’t get in either.

i cant even get my character list to load now.

Same. Kept rubber banding and then eventually DC’d. Now its stuck at loading character list. Same with a few guildies, in the middle of our raid.

Was on until a couple minutes ago, then hit a point where quest givers weren’t opening their quest panels: I could not quit so alt+f4; now I’m stuck at “Retrieving character list”

I’m online in Area 52, but it’s not perfect, using portals takes a lot of time, and sometimes you click the portal, the loading screen appears, but not progress and you can hear you are still there and never ported you, it can take a minute or more.

It’s down for me, stuck on loading character list and it’s just spinning.

Yup character loading screen not loading for me either.

It looks like this issue is more common now.

I have been able to log in to some chars successfully. But others not.

Same, I can get in eventually on Stormrage but there is very consistant server-side lag, upwards of 10-20 seconds before actions are registered.

Updated the title on this as we’re seeing more than just Area 52. I passed on the information.

Cant log in. Character screen, and war-band screen wont load, stay black and spins.

Yeah still having issues with logging in. Just loading on the character select screen. :expressionless:

I’m having the same issue–stuck on the character select screen and nothing happens. Can’t change realms, can’t quit using in-game commands, nothing.

Edit: Was able to get back online right after I posted this comment. So far, no issues, but we shall see how long this lasts.
