Hi, I have logged into battle.net but get a white screen when i try to log into account settings.
Have you tried different web browsers? Deleted your browser cache? Tried logging in from a smartphone on data rather than wifi?

Same issue here. Have tried on multiple devices.
I am also experiencing this issue for two days. Changing browsers, deactivating Firewall etc, multiple devices does not work. Could be a network issue? I’m in New Zealand. I need to change my sub which expires sometime today or tomorrow.

Same issue here. Have raised a ticket. Tried to get to account via the bnet and then also via the wow main page. Tried on my wife’s PC as well and same issue so its not my PC.
I am getting the same issue here I raised a ticket but they refused to look at it asking me for all my account details before doing anything (which feels dodgy to me). I have tried on my mobile with both samsung browser and chrome and on my PC with chrome, edge and firefox all just showing a white screen. In the console I do see a 404 request for an app.js file which might be the root cause of the problem.
Same problem here. I have tried all the usual things. Different devices, deleted cache, deleted temp files, turned off firewall. All situations yield a blank white account page. Long story short I need to attach an authenticator but I can’t until I can access this page.

Two different computers, two different accounts, both get a blank page when trying to log in to account settings - for several days now.

I was able to get around this issue by using a VPN from a USA address. I’m in Australia with Internode/iinet. Hopefully that works for others until it gets sorted.
Just becareful with vpn always use the same one dont use multple vpns.
I’m Australian and also can’t access account settings.
I just recently resubscribed after a long hiatus to play Season of Discovery but have found I’m having the same exact issue here as stated by others, I am also Australian.
I’ve tried all methods in this thread to no avail.
Same problem here, another person from Australia. Blank in both Firefox and Edge. Clearing cache/temp files etc. doesn’t help.
I need to update my credit card details so this is obviously less than ideal…
Experiencing same issue here with accessing Account Settings. Also, Cannot access many of the pages within Account Settings. Gives a Server Error on multiple pages.
