Unable to log in to 2 of my characters

I have 2 alts, both of which were left in Legion Dalaran before Dragonflight launch, that I’m unable to log into. I’m able to log into my other characters and when I do I see those 2 characters online in my guild, while I am also online on a usable character. Can blizzard force those characters to log out?

I get error code WOW51900319 after about a minute of the loading screen being at 90%.

I tried the character unstuck feature and it failed but the ticket was marked as resolved anyways - very frustrating - and subsequent attempts also did not work.

Characters names are Lyseli - Dalaran US and Ravnha - Dalaran US

If the self-service tool didn’t work, you can file a manual ticket and a GM will assist. It’s what I had to do myself recently.
