Anyone else running into this issue? Trying to make sure its not just me. I am trying to hit 525 LW and the last few levels I am needing to learn the PVP patterns. I bought 2 different ones from the vendor in stormwind but when trying to learn them I get “The spell is unavailable to you”. I tried removing my bag addons, reloading the UI and relogging but no luck.
you need the vicious gear pattern’s, this is a known bug from when phase 4 released that they never fully fixed.

you can get a refund from the vendor
I wonder if refunding and repurchasing / trying again will fix it.
either that or its 525 to craft itself and the UI is broken

nah this bug has been going on for a while even if you sell it back an try to get it back an it still does not let you learn it.
