I believe i was leveling with threads of fate on this toon but didnt finish it. Got to level 60 in DF prepatch. Just now i wanted to go back to shadowlands to get to zereth mortis but im unable to get the dialog to go there from bolvar in fact i have no campaign quests anywhere and unable to pick a covenant. Cannot get in the maw either just teleports me back to where i jumped off at.
Does anything stick out in the support article?
What’s the name-realm of the character in question? We might be able to pinpoint where you need to pick up.

ive completed the campaign on other toons so i should have the skip unlocked but its like i never even started shadowlands but im here and have world quests. I cannot even get anima
I missed this part the first time around, but I do believe you have to finish the campaign once started before you have access to covenants.
Do you happen to remember what zone you were in before moving on to DF?

I managed to narrow it down to Ardenweald, but I’m still digging. Shouldn’t be more than a couple minutes.
Okay. Looks like you left off a few chapters remaining in Ardenweald, this is the first quest that pops up incomplete for the character you mentioned:
As that character is currently max level, you will need to enable Trivial Quest tracking via your minimap to see the quest icons over their heads.
