i know im 1 of 10,000 but SMS isnt being offered to me because my phone number isnt accepted.
is there zero way around this?

There are also some phone services that just aren’t compatible. If you aren’t able to correct it with the above suggestion, I’m afraid you might be out of luck.

but if i change the location will i still be able to login to NA servers?
Changing your account location won’t delete any licenses on your account, if that’s what you mean.
An active NA license will remain an NA license, it’s the same as having an EU license on an account registered in the US.

Hi there. I just successfully changed the country to Asia from North America.
It was flawless, just wait a few seconds perhaps log in/out and you will see the country code change to your “new” country. (It wasn’t immediate)
I was then able to successfully input the phone number and do the test SMS that is sent.
Ekon covered the rest. No issues with logging in or whatever so don’t feel skeptical go ahead worry free

thanks guys! i need to figure out what to do with my Bnet balance before I transfer. since i cant have more than 20. then ill give it a go.
