I’ve had an open web ticket about this issue for almost a week now and I cannot seem to get any real help. I had a regular dwarf shaman named Feritre on Lightbringer. I get her to level 19 and shortly after that I unlocked the dark iron dwarves. I deleted dwarf Feritre and remade dark iron shaman dwarf Feritre. I proceeded to level her from 20 to 110.
As I turned 110, I never got the notification for the heritage armor. I did all the typical resolutions and then created a ticket. After the basic helps, a GM stated that looking back it appeared that I did a paid race change. I did not. But I can see where it may appear to be since I deleted the regular dwarf shaman. The deleted dwarf shaman is still in my deleted characters.
I would like to get my DI dwarf heritage armor. Can anyone assist?

I would reopen the ticket you may have put in too much info that was needed and confused the GM.

That isn’t what we base our information on, Feritre. The Game Master didn’t suggest you did a race change because you originally had a Dwarf Shaman. They can see your deleted character as well.
They looked at your order history, specifically the previous race changes you have had.
I’m guessing they looked at the same thing I see, two Race Changes for that character. From what I can see you appear to have race changed the character on the April 24th and then back to a Dark Iron Dwarf, from a Pandaren, on April 30th.
Do you not recall that?

I do not recall this at all but I have been moving around my characters a lot. If you see it was on Feritre I believe you. Thank you for looking into it. Now I’m mad at myself.
