Link to my post that i am trying to edit but i am unable to as it gives me no option to do so. Same name but i boosted the character and transferred it. Any guidance on this matter would be appreciated.
You should be able to make a character on the original server with the same name and that should let you edit the post

Race should not matter but you can do that to be safe.
The forum accounts are name-server which is what the post tied to.

Indeed. As long as the name-realm matches, and it’s on the same WoW license, you may be able to use the edit option for that post.
