I tried for half an hour and everything keeps failing. Oh well, I’ll go back to retail until they fix it.

Its now been 4 hours and the same problem is happening. Cant creat or copy characters.

Same here. sigh I reported the character creation failures, but there’s no option to do that when trying to copy.
I did initially make a new character. Couldn’t get off the noob island, due to a bug in the quest turn in NPC.

i had that, i logged otu and back in and it fixed itself. and by log out i mean all the way out. shut down the game, shut down the launcher, reboot it, then try.
I am having issues on my demonhunter. It says realm down. I am betting my character is corrupted.
Yes because in recent times of this game we had wonderful roll outs for beta & expansion release, this is a huge step backwards towards TBC times
That fails as well.

I was able to make it to Dragon Isle on a new haranir, but every in game cinematic is broken like it was Dragonflight beta

you have to copy your account data or get a character past level 10 and the allied races get fixed. I’d suggest trying to copy account data. it might fail a few times but if it works it gives you all your achievements and unlocks
