Yesterday I level boosted a warlock and purchased the sealed tome of the lost legion. I was able to speak to my demons and complete the first portion of the quest which prompted the second quest to pop up on my screen. I selected accept, but the quest did not appear in my quest log nor was it tracking. I tried using the item to re-attain the quest, but I get a message saying “That quest has already been completed.” This is obviously not the case and it is very frustrating, as I cannot just delete the item and try again, it was expensive.
Reported the bug, posted multiple times yesterday, still yet to receive feedback. Has anyone experienced this, and is there anything I can do in this situation?
And when I click it to get the quest to speak with my warlock trainer to get the story of the 6 warlocks, it tells me that the quest has already been completed. I have not spoken to my warlock trainer and heard the lore of the 6 warlocks to continue the quest for green fire. Instead of giving me the next quest, the codex is saying that I have completed it already, which is not the case.
Could you direct me to where I could place the ticket please? I haven’t been able to find where to properly submit a ticket on this, I just get redirected to bug reports and forums.
You can also do it in game by going to the main menu - selecting help - and choosing the “stuck on quest” option. Put in the details and a GM usually gets back to you within 24 hrs…
this confused me for a second as it seemed to avoid actually submitting the ticket and advising unrelated information… though it is simply one click past this msg to actually submit…
if you are irritated with the process you may miss this and click away…
