Anytime I get near the fishing pole, it phases out. Please help.

It sounds like there might be another world quest happening at the same time nearby. There are a couple of comments on it here:

Yes there is another WQ near it, I don’t see what that would have anything to do with it though?

According to the comments on WoWhead, it’s a phasing issue. One of the work-arounds is to find a character under the level of 120 and have them spawn the quest mob. Otherwise, at least from what I’m reading, it’s just not possible to do at this time.

It might be worth reporting it as a bug over in the Bug Report forums.

I invited 3 people under 120 and none of them were able to spawn the guy =(

Maybe Blizzard should fix their quest.

If it gets reported as a bug, it most likely will get fixed :wink: It’s possible that this thread will get moved over to the bug report forums for you though.

I did report it as a bug in game but not on the forums.

If another nearby world quest is causing phasing issues, a quick fix might be as simple as completing that quest first.

Perhaps if I had weapons grade clairvoyance in order to foresee this as being an issue, yes, I would have done that.

I offer it as a work-around so you can complete your WQ now. If you’d rather wait for QA to fix the bug, that’s entirely up to you.

Still bugged for me, Completed the Naga world quest nearby, didn’t fix the issue, phase out whenever i approach it, Tried making a group and inviting others but we all get phased out when approaching it.

Best thing to do is report it in the Bug Report forums. The QA team doesn’t come to the CS forums for reports of issues :wink:

Yeah same. I have done all WQs except this one, because I literally can’t do it…

I had to use a Alliance character to spawn it in then switch to my horde character to then complete it.

I never had an issue until I had tried it with my Horde character
