Unable to Complete TWW Initial Quest line

This evening I used the teleportation scroll to start the quests for TWW. I got to the quest “Departure” and died during the last fight. I got credit, so I’m on the step to Talk to Khadgar. However, when I died, it took me back into the sewers. I followed the same path and the end of the stairways had a door. I couldn’t open it up in spirit form so I returned to graveyard and resurected. Ran back up and I could open the door and see through it, but was unable to pass through. I checked all other exits and they were all blocked. I used my hearthstone to get out of the sewers hoping I could just take a portal back and get back to the top. However, there is no portal to the continent (assuming because I haven’t completed the quest line). I went to the old Dalaran portal hoping it would be linked, but it wasn’t.

How can I get back to Dalaran (TWW version) to do the turn in?

I think you might have to drop the quest and see if you can get back to Dalaran then to repick the quest. I have not heard of this situation happening so I cannot guarantee it will work.

Which Dalaran are you going to, Loradan? You should be going to Legion Dalaran above Azsuna and not the one located in the Crystalsong Forest.

See if you can go there into the Chamber of the Guardian.

I dropped the quest, now it just tells me to “Talk to Khadgar in Dalaran to set off for Khaz Algar”. I don’t seem to have a way to get to the proper Dalaran though :confused:

As far as which Dalaran, I went to the one in Crystalsong Forest. Going over to try Azsuna now.

As Vrak stated the one over azuna should be able to get you back on track.
