Unable to clear resolved tickets , they still show up as answered in game cant clearn them

Ticket system via website not working

Trying to upload additional information to my ticket but when I click submit it just displays a white circle and doesn’t progress…clicking my tickets sometimes says you have no active tickets. Please fix this bug
