Ticket system via website not working

Trying to upload additional information to my ticket but when I click submit it just displays a white circle and doesn’t progress…clicking my tickets sometimes says you have no active tickets.

Please fix this bug

Found a temporary solution for anyone else whos having this issue:

Having trouble with ticket

" Something you can maybe try to do is create a new ticket (while leaving your original one up) with the uploads, then just edit your original ticket explaining your issue and cross-referencing the new ticket # that has the requested files uploaded. It’s not ideal, but if it gets the files up and accessible, they’ll be there when your ticket gets back up for review." This is a work-around for this issue so far.
