I completed the requirements for the Traders Post this month but did not get the mount. All my characters have a message in the Adventure Guide saying “You have collected all the rewards for this month” but I have 1900 Trader’s Tender, and didn’t receive the mount. I am unable to interact with the chest on any of my characters. I have tried logging off completely for over an hour as other players suggested but nothing changed.

Yeah, I’ve got the same issue. So have a lot of my friends in game.

Same. I’ve gotten the progress bar to 1000 TWICE now and it resets to 850. Getting tired of this carrot and stick.

Same Here Completed the Monthly Tasks Cannot loot Mount or Tenders got 0. Blizzard please fix this issue asap we pay good money to play.

Same here. Completed my Journal yesterday, but 24 hours later and still no mount. When I bring up my journal is shows me at 1000 and if I click the end icon is changes to something like “You’ve completed all activities for this month” and won’t let me finish anything else. When I opened the box I got tokens but no mount. On top of that, the mount doesn’t show up as either Collected or Uncollected in my journal. It’s like the mount doesn’t exist as far as my account is concerned.

I completed the requirements for the Traders Post this month on my other two accounts, but did not get the mount. I am almost done on this account and cannot interact with the chest with what I have earned so far. All my characters have a message in the Adventure Guide saying “You have collected all the rewards for this month” . I am unable to interact with the chest. I was able to grab the first 100 I earned earlier today, but not since I completed the event. I have three accounts and it is happening on all of them.

Same issue (completed Trading Post prerequisites to get the mount) since before logout for the night. Also did going to instances.

Same thing, filled the bar, logged out, logged back in after 4 hours, checked all of my characters who would have helped complete the bar, still nothing, no mail, no sudden gift in my mounts collection, nothing.
Can we get a blue response on this? Please?

Yep, nothing here either. Lacked by coins too, I believe. Come on Blizz, this is ridiculous, you JUST released this and now you’re stiffing us?

Got 200 Trader Tender, But no mount!
I wasn’t able to claim the mount (or my last bit of traders tender) from the chest either. I hope they get this fixed soon so i can claim it before the month runs up.
