I’m trying to switch which credit card my subscription comes out from.
I’m following the same steps listed in https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/75715
But when I click Change Payment Method I get redirected to a Battle.net Shop page that says “Hmm…looks like there’s nothing here.” with a [Error code: BLZWEBBMPZUHDJ]
Try deleting your old payment method, then adding the new one.

I have successfully added a new credit card but i still cant change the payment method. I try to delete old payment method it came out with a message saying subscription will be cancelled, Will i get charged when i delete the old credit card and apply the new one?, cause my account is not due for a few months yet.
The 6 month might bill if you don’t have the current rewards. The lesser amount sub should not.

When I added my new card and resubbed I changed the year sub to a 6 month sub and it said I wouldn’t be billed until the year sub is up.
When I tried this, I got the following message: Removing this payment method will cancel your subscription(s). Are you sure you want to remove Visa**xxx
I definitely don’t want to cancel my subscription. I don’t want to cancel and resub either. There should just be a way to do this. I’ve tried multiple browsers, no extension or addons or blockers, different computers, etc.
There is technically a system in place and has been for a while now, it’s just bugged for the last couple months or so, maybe longer.
