I character boosted my druid for The War Within and went back to Shadowlands but all the covenant leaders are missing, add ons and WoWhead all say my character has completed the campaign quests and am eligible.
Additionally, I cannot enter the Maw from Oribos. I get teleported back and then stunned for a few seconds.
