I’m sorry, but how exactly can it be laid out any clearer than what was written? Game time must be purchased with real money and the time consumed before you’re able to purchase tokens.
They have not made any noise about how regularly they may impose real money transactions like this past this one time at current.
Should you like to make suggestions, you’ll need to go to General Discussion or submit your feedback through the in-game suggestion and feedback interface. Giving Vrak grief (or any of our SFAs) doesn’t get you anywhere and it certainly doesn’t get your voice heard in the slightest. As this forum is one for players to assist other players, it is unique in that absolutely no staff beyond said SFAs come here, which in turn means that absolutely no data, feedback or suggestions are submitted via posting here.

SFAs are also not Devs. They don’t fix things. This, you’ll have to post about on the Bug Report forum so that the Devs know to check into it. It is likely to fix itself once you meet the metric after the purchase/consume thing has run it’s course.
