I’m unable to buy a WoW token in the AH. Receive an “Internal Auction Error” anytime I try. I’ve disabled all addons and restarted a few times. Anyone know what’s up? Also, I have bought a sub in the last 30 days.
to ask for more information has your first 30 days run out yet? That was a caveat in being able to buy a token.

It doesn’t look like a new account, but the requirement is for purchased game time since 2017. It looks like game time has been primarily from WoW Tokens for a long time now.
The game time needs to be purchased and consumed for the system to allow you to purchase a WoW Token. I am afraid that means the current month needs to run out first.

Well then that’s just really crappy programming guys. To get an “Internal Auction Error” because I have not yet consumed the 30 days of time I bought a few weeks back is just ridiculous and really bad UX. Seriously? We really shouldn’t see this kind of amateur stuff from a multi-billion dollar outfit like Blizz with 1000’s of devs. For shame. And for what it’s worth, the whole thing is very misleading; “must have purchased and consumed […] in the last 30 days”… Well, once my time expires I will NOT have “purchased it in the last 30 days”. Sheesh.
It doesn’t say “in the last 30 days” it says at least 30 days.
Once you have purchased and consumed at least 30 days, you’ll be able to use WoW Tokens for game time.

You are right and I stand corrected about the 30 day thing. I was angry and didn’t grok the finer point of that. Thanks. Still… the other issue remains unaddressed.
This begs another question though: does this mean I have to buy a sub with real money every other month? Or can I now continue paying for my sub with game gold? For how long? You really need to clearly articulate the new policy please. Oh, and fix the stupid “Internal Auction Error” issue as detailed above already!
No, you just have to consume 30 days of game time purchased with real money, at least ONCE since 2017. Then you’re good to go forever.

I’m sorry, but how exactly can it be laid out any clearer than what was written? Game time must be purchased with real money and the time consumed before you’re able to purchase tokens.
They have not made any noise about how regularly they may impose real money transactions like this past this one time at current.
Should you like to make suggestions, you’ll need to go to General Discussion or submit your feedback through the in-game suggestion and feedback interface. Giving Vrak grief (or any of our SFAs) doesn’t get you anywhere and it certainly doesn’t get your voice heard in the slightest. As this forum is one for players to assist other players, it is unique in that absolutely no staff beyond said SFAs come here, which in turn means that absolutely no data, feedback or suggestions are submitted via posting here.
Also.
SFAs are also not Devs. They don’t fix things. This, you’ll have to post about on the Bug Report forum so that the Devs know to check into it. It is likely to fix itself once you meet the metric after the purchase/consume thing has run it’s course.
