okay guys im at a complete loss! i am not able to add a payment method to my account -at all- i tried ot contact tech support and they did not help at all. so im asking you lovely folks for help here if anybody else has experienced this issue here. i keep getting a red error code that says: an error occurred. i tested this on 3 different browsers the error persists. im at a complete loss here and i dont know what to do. i can buy normal game time with my payment method but it does notlet me sub at all. all help here is appreciated. thanks in advanced for yalls help nothing i attempt works. The error continues to pop up. its a red error code. i took a screen shot but i dont know how to add files on this forum! thanks in advanced for any help here!
If I had to guess (not an expert with account stuff), it’s because your card does not allow recurring payments. This could be due to a myriad of reasons. That said, the folks in Customer Support would likely be the best to ask about this issue. You can edit your post and move it there.
