Unable to access account after suspension ended

Good morning I received a suspension which ended on 8/10/2025 and I’m unable to access my account or add a subscription. My account continues to show “suspended” and all support tickets exceeded the 24 hour wait time. I been searching the forum and it seems others are having the same issue. Would it be possible to escalate this issue to a customer support rep? Going on 48 hours unable to access account.

Open a purchase failure ticket this is a known issue.

They know about the issue. There is nothing they can personally do about it though. The system as a whole needs to be fixed. They can’t force it to go through while the account has that flag on it. CS also can’t remove it. Those who code and deal with the account system are responsible for fixing it. Unfortunately there is no ETA right now.
