Just wiped on our second Flame Leviathan hardmode attempt. Everyone is out of the raid instance and we tried resetting the raid as well as reforming the raid.

This just happened to us as well. Flame Leviathan took like 10 minutes to spawn in the first place, after the adds were killed. The encounter started while we were all outside of his courtyard. The boss reset when he left the courtyard, we hopped in the newly spawned vehicles, and he auto pulled again instantly before we entered the courtyard. We died, and have been sitting outside the entrance for 20 minutes.
Everyone is outside of the instance, we have remade group, we have all logged out for 5 minutes.
