I don’t understand how you can say it takes them forever to release new content.
We had Wrath late September and we had Dragonflight late November. So late Jan or early Feb makes sense for Ulduar. Then that’ll be the last content update most likely until AFTER Diablo 4 releases.
Blizzard wants their content and releases to be played and never overlap, they always give breathing time.

Naxx has not even been up for 3 months, usual tier length is 5 months. If guilds stopped raiding, there is obviously a bigger issue than content.

I know none of our raid cores have stopped.

Obviously the release date will come if the raid testing going on right now in the PTR is positive.
