My action bar3, pet bar, vehicle dismount bar, quest pane all show up in the upper left corner of my screen and I have to go into edit mode everytime I log in or reload my ui and drag them back to where they’re suppose to be. I’m hitting save everytime. I have tried this multiple times with and without addons on.
I’ve been having the same issue since the 10/22 update. It occurs with 3 of the 4 toons I have logged into. Put in a ticket to no avail. Did a complete un-install and re-installed the game. It does the same thing. No mods installed.

I’m having this on all of my characters now as well. I even made a new “profile/layout” thinking it was something related to UI updates… but nope still screwed up.
Simple fix for now, just clone your UI and on load swap to the other one.

Same issue but it’s, Action Bar 4, 6, 7, and 8, cast bar, pet bar, and sometimes Objective list.
Going into edit mode and leaving sets it back for me (without selecting a layout) but that has to be done every time I login on any character. Just switch characters and It’s messed up. This is even after the UI is completely reset.

Had an Addon crashing and just the act of reloading the UI results in the bars being messed up again.
Strange thing is the same bars go to the same spots and the UI is only held for that specific session so long as the UI doesn’t get reloaded.
Going into and out of edit mode does nothing by itself for me.

add this to the list of annoying things that showed up with this Xpac… (was constant guild achievement spam)…
MY only fixed (because support tickets do nothing now), was to create a second copy of the UI and just switch between the two…

Just happened to me. Running Timewalking dungeon, random disconnect. Logged back in, within seconds. I was no longer in the group, warning I was going to be transported to graveyard, and I only had my single hotbar up. Had to Option things again to get back to normal. Logged into another toon. Only one hotbar. The custom layout was saved. The hotbars shown, nope. Just randomly gone poof.

UI randomly moves positions when logging in or respawning into anything or coming back to life in bgs. Quest log moves to interfere with using action bars 4 & 5. All characters so far. No addons.

Can confirm, one or two bars snap to the upper left corner of the screen. Thankfully I have a number of saved presets so I can swap back and forth to solve it, but I have to do that every time I log back in on each and every one of my affected toons and that gets unbelievably tedious unbelievably fast.

Having this problem, too. All characters so far. Happens when logging in and UI reload. Switching to another layout and back will fix it temporarily. I use no add-ons.

Besides things being in the upper left corner on log in, bars will squish down after using a vehicle. Top bar and pet bar moved down.
I had several modules do this since Tues and made a post, 2 of them are now staying correct but the other 2 are still moving every time.
Having the same issue. I had the details, tomtom, and rare scanner addons. Tried uninstalling them, no luck. Even uninstalled all of curseforge. Did full computer resets, tried making new UIs, tried alternating settings (like UI scalling on, off, various %s). The only thing consistent are the bars it messes up. Honestly thought it was just me till I saw this.

Also been having this issue. Only started after patch last week.
Selecting a different UI save and then swapping back fixes it for me, but I would love to not have to do it every time I log in to any of my characters.
The other thing that happens is sometimes two of my bars will randomly overlap, which makes clicking buttons difficult, unless I swap between profiles again.
