Game Bugged/disconnectingt

UI bugged everytime i log in with or without addons, started on patch

My action bar3, pet bar, vehicle dismount bar, quest pane all show up in the upper left corner of my screen and I have to go into edit mode everytime I log in or reload my ui and drag them back to where they’re suppose to be. I’m hitting save everytime. I have tried this multiple times with and without addons on.
