Uhm you close my ticket when i request a refund?

So how about you offer some reasons why you closed it or how i get my money back or do I need to just contest it with CC company and state it as fraud???

So i pay a lot of money and a 1 year sub to come back after 2 years to see regular players are not able to play but you make special circumstances for streamers?? I saw it with my own eyes them disconnect log right back in and then no one at stormwind docks and they could go right in…

I would like to request a refund of the 1 year sub plus the expansion

The forums isn’t a ticket for requests like this. More so when it can be used with the ‘Support’ button on top of the webpage. No one on the forums can do this request for you.

I’m not seeing a proper ticket requesting a refund on this Battlenet.

I’m going to make a presumption that you used the self-help tool and it didn’t qualify.

You are still welcome to open a ticket and ask, but the self-help tool really isn’t a proper ticket.

You do understand doing this itself could be fraud! Plus if you want to come back and play later charge backs have to be paid back before you can.

It took an hour and 45 minutes to enter the islands. I would like you to think about the hard-working people who arrive after a hard day. Come on, the technical service of Blizzard should be quicker towards server errors.

Think about it you have loads of people all trying to do the same thing all about the same time. Yes they should have expected it to cause trouble, I know I expected there would be issues

just so you know if you chargeback they will most likely ban your account so if you wanted to come back you have to start all over.

No, they do no ban an account for a chargeback. However, it will be locked until that money is paid back.
