Just went and added up the numbers of Sod and Cata raiders over the last 5 days on Warcraft logs.
Where did everyone go? I thought Cata was popping off? Where is everyone? I thought it was weird that I was getting 45 minute ques as DPS on Cata, but now it kinda makes sense.

doubt most people wanna upload logs with a bunch of wipes. not all of us played beta or watched vids
Its one of the worst expansions released to many people. Why are we in shock over the statistics. Blizzard knows this too. Thats why its on a shorter time frame.
I quit real cata early and only came back for Firelands and Dragonsoul.
I thought maybe I’d pug raids in Cata Classic but eh. Maybe I’ll want to later on.
I’m also playing MoP remix some currently to get the cosmetics from the event.
the raid only came out on thursday, today is sunday pre raid time and friday + saturday aren’t generally raid days, u are comparing 1 day to sod’s entire week basically
You can mess around for the length of time on WC logs, I said the last 5 days of Cata and SoD. A whole weekend to a new raid opening that seemed to have everyone fired up. And where is everyone? A whole weekend?

Did everyone just stop queing for stuff? I thought Cata was suppose to bring everyone back after they left in WotLK.
I have 3 85 healers and I stopped queuing for heroics after I capped their valor points for the week. They could still get other upgrades from them still but I’d say my motivation to gear them dropped a lot after I decided I probably didn’t care about trying to get them raid geared this tier since I was never going to get that geared anyway.
Also for some reason after the first week satchels appeared a lot less frequently for healers and I felt like it wasn’t worth my time to do them without a satchel.
I used the valor on my second 85 and just sold boots. Almost did it on my first too, third didn’t get to 85 in time to have both weeks.
I’d probably play more if they had released their currently mysterious new 5 man system on launch rather than waiting for I guess phase 2 or whenever it is coming.
You should have just waited til the 4-11th reset numbers, its pretty obvious what is gonna happen if you compare thursday 6pm to sunday 6pm to tuesday 9am to sunday 6pm
Maybe wait until the raids have had time to settle? It hasn’t even been a full reset, the general community is still leveling/gearing, and not everyone is uploading logs yet
wait most people barely clear raids on 1 85, since they only have 1 85 and most people clear 10 ST raids a week cause the content is beyond piss easy and everyone has multiple 50s ???

Raid just opened, some dad guilds wont run till next week. Some guilds Raid Tues/Weds and will miss this lockout.
Sunken temple has been out for weeks now, people have multiple alts ready to do a 1hr clear weekly.
Cata is super alive, your metrics don’t paint the picture you want people to view

This has been a pretty solid phase 1 so far.
The raids are well done, much better than WOTLK phase 1, actually prolly the best phase 1 of a classic game tbh
