I hate warrior in raids but enjoy it in 5 man content. Unrelenting assault build was really fun in phase 1, but anyone running that build in heroic alpha or beta?
For those that don’t know what it is, it’s an arms warrior to the UA talent so revenge can be spammed every GCD for stupid damage. (Well relatively stupid high damage in phase 1)
Because that build exist they’ll never buff prot warrior. Kinda sad, but it is what it is.
UA only works when you have mobs constantly hitting you. Groups arent going to wait that long in current content just so brown class can feel relevant in dps. Snap threat on UA is garbage, and so is their mitigation. Offers nothing to the group currently, was a meme p1.
Disagree. It was top tier in phase 1 and more of a meme as phases progress.
I was doing 1-3k DPS more than the top DPS in heroics in phase 1. Lol
Yes! ive seen tanks use this spec for beta dungeons, althogh they usually have a normal prot spec as well, not all the encounters are friendly to revenge prot.
Its a 1 trick pony, useless against casters, less effect against slow attacking units.
Yeah to to have the best effect you want to be tanking multiple mobs to proc revenge as often as possible and maximize the damage of its cleave effect
Was your dps 2 arms warrs and a sub rogue?
Lol nah man. Phase 1 UA warrior was unreal compared to all classes. This is common knowledge so don’t hurt yourself trying to be funny.
