Ysera isn’t dead anymore - she’s been reawakened in the Emerald Dream. Yes, it was a sad cut scene and we didn’t know at the time what Elune had in store for her. Just as Cenarius’ corruption was temporary, so was hers.
Also, while that questline where Tyrande is chasing the obvious Malfurion figment is a little cringey… just because she didn’t immediately understand that Malfurion was OBVIOUSLY not this much of a whiny pansy and take a more tactical, logical approach to finding him from that point onward… but I’m willing to forgive the writing of a single questline. Even if she knew Malfurion wouldn’t whine that much, she was obviously still very worried about him.
We agree on that, that’s actually the point I’m making. Blizzard has put themselves in an unwinnable position because of this god-awful story. The reason why I’m not advocating for it being reciprocated is because we’ve been down this road, and no one is happy with it. I would RATHER we just move on and try to have something that doesn’t outright suck balls, which I recognize is asking too much of Blizzard these days.

They tend to do rather okay when it’s the factions vs big bad instead of faction war, at least IMO. This is one of the reasons I miss Legion for the most part and one of the reasons I look forward to vs NZoth hopefully without any squabbling on the side.
Oh, I misread something I was looking up. You do see her ghost in the Emerald Dream after cleansing the Emerald Nightmare in the first raid of Legion though, so she could easily be brought back - if the writers want to. lol
If Kael’thas can come back from death like 12 times, she probably can once.
Ok, interesting, I didn’t know that. But is it worse off than the crashed spaceship that was recently completely overrun by the Burning Legion? Because (and this isn’t really directed at you Poju) that’s the argument I’m making, that they’re both not in a great place

I think the biggest insult to the Night Elves this expac is not giving the players that OG Night Elf transmog from the revamped Darkshore.
