You’re 13 years too late for this.
I bought it right when it came out. I’ve enjoyed for a long long time. I got my money’s worth. I don’t care if they are giving it away now.
If you want to wait years to get something for free that you could have now for a nominal fee, well, have at it I guess.

I don’t regret buying mine at the time (or the Diablo promo, I honestly don’t recall which). I’m still glad it will be returning for those that didn’t get a chance.

Going to sound a bit bratty here, but someone on wowhead datamimed the charger as being available for 0 tenders (meaning peeps knew a while before this appeared on the latest ptr) and initially when I read this i was convinced they were doing this for D4s release month and I was really excited.
But yeh wowhead is specifcally showing as 10.1.5 meaning it won’t be D4s release month (June)
Going to have to wait a while longer it seems. Sad sad sad

Naxx was a bit of an odd one because they removed it and put it up in Northrend with new gear and later put t3 back in (mop) and are putting the rest of it in later.
I don’t really think most of it was meant to go away, it just sort of…happened.
Yeah that’s how I feel about shop stuff. I’ve brought a few things when they are on special (this being one of them) and think I might stop.
Being added to the trading post ain’t to bad, as it allows you to save tenders but I’m nervous they’ll be added as a twitch drop and can’t get duplicates…
Anyway… how do we know its added to the trading post? I didn’t see that in the post and thought it was just a drop.
As someone that got it with annual pass + D3, cool, i want the people that didn’t get it to have it.
As I already have it, can I haz the tendies instead? Pwz?

Tyrael’s Charger was only available in the in-game shop for a limited time and is no longer available for purchase. Tyrael’s Charger was awarded during by the Annual Pass promotion which ended in 2011.
I think it’s fine for everyone to have it, but what Blizzard is really telling everyone is “Don’t be a chump and buy anything from the Blizzard Store, it will end up on the Trading Post for free sometime in the future”. You can no longer trust Blizzards “limited time only” claims.
It’s fine by me. I only care about people being able to buy mounts/pets/etc with gold/irl money/in game currency if it’s something that had to be earned previously, and even then, sometimes.
A mount you get for an achievement or have to farm up (Rivendare’s mount, Ravenlord, Ashes of Alar, etc)? I’d be upset if they were selling those mounts in the in game shop.
But Tyrael’s Charger? It was bought with IRL money, it wasn’t like it was difficult to get, or exclusive. Who cares?
I honestly hope it will be on the trading post because after 70 kills over the span of 3 days, I got everything from the Goblin but the mount.
