Is horse, buy or don’t. It was the China region exclusive shop mount, and now China region is closing. It’s really not that meaningful that it was a login bonus 10 years ago.

Yeah, like 10 years ago. People have started playing wow since then, and it’s a mount, so who cares? It’s not gear or anything. I say this as someone who has the mount from that promo.

If you got it during Cataclysm, you basically received it for free as a part of a “Limited Time Only Promotion.” The package as a whole isn’t coming back. They are offering the mount to people for a fee. It has been a decade, there is really no reason to complain that others may get pixels you have had for half the game.

Why do people get upset when others can get the same pixels?

I don’t see any posts complaining that people could buy Diablo 3 after this promotion ended - it was a freebie as well.

The freebies were incentives to get people to remain subbed for 12 consecutive months - that was the promotion. The promotion wasn’t you buying the mount. They’re not bringing back this promotion so it was for a limited time only - no one is getting the mount or Diablo 3 (or beta access to MoP) for free as a bonus for remaining subbed.
