I just bought a year subscription by mistake (wanted to purchase monthly) and put in a Ticket for a refund it first said one day for a reply now its saying two days, how long before someone answers the ticket? I was hoping to stop the payment from going out as it was paypal.
Refunds are usually automatic as long as you meet the basic Refund Policy. For subs that means you can’t have used any of the game time on it.
If you don’t meet the basic Refund Policy then a GM will need to review it and make an exception, if they can. If you JUST purchased the year sub and put in the ticket quickly then hopefully they can grant that exception, even if you played a few hours.
Times are based on how many tickets are ahead of you in line. CS takes tickets for all Blizzard games and services so that line can get pretty long. I am not sure how long the average wait time is right now but what shows for you will be the longest estimate for tickets not YOUR ticket specifically.
