Christie golden was mad she had to write a book about someone who wasn’t a human or elf and held a grudge over it for years, only explanation for how Thrall’s been written since she joined the story team proper.

She wrote like three Thrall-centric books before she actually joined Blizzard, plus Rise of the Horde, the defining document of pre-Horde orc life before WoD villain-batted it up a bunch.
