I don’t play games like that.
In the next 10 years we’ll all be playing VR A.I. generated video games anyway.
There’s a technology that creates video games within seconds all you have to do is tell it if you want to play a racing game, rpg, or fighting game, etc.
and he hasn’t been feeding you. look at how tiny you have become.
It’s more about the notoriety, aided somewhat by parts of the scene being shown as a genius move to make the game go viral just before the full release. As such, everyone has heard of the bear scene, even if they haven’t seen it nor played the game.
But yeah, it’s hardly the only scene like that.
Well, consider a recommendation to broaden your horizons.
Really can’t go wrong with that one.
Still surprising you haven’t even heard of it.
And they likely won’t be selling worth a damn because most people can recognize the difference in quality between by-the-numbers slop and the quality, hand-made games.
… well, hopefully they can. Worst case scenario is there will still be a thriving cottage-industry of indie games made by people who just like making games.
I don’t play games like that; they don’t interest me, which means they won’t bring me even a shred of enjoyment. This has nothing to do with broadening one’s horizons.
We’re real and we do Infact hate retail. It’s because retail is a soulless, watered down, milquetoast version of one the greatest games ever made and it sucks soo much to see it in this state.
how would it be if Larian Studios got a hold of WoW?
I think pre Activision, Blizzard had a similar ethos to Larian. Make an awesome game and the money will follow. Post Activision it’s “How can we build a game platform to maximize profit and monetize every inch of it?” And story if there’s time.
…how would it be if Larian Studios got a hold of WoW?
Apples to oranges
But Larian could probably make an amazing Warcraft rpg game
To be honest WoW in general has gone down in quality since it was bought out / merged ATK and activision and only gotten worse since the Microsoft buyout.
Larian could probably make an amazing turn based single player RPG out of the WoW IP, but I don’t think they have any experience or desire to make MMOs.
Pretty awful.
Pumped for the update coming to BG3 adding 12 new subclasses though
.
what do you mean its gone down to awful? it STARTED AWFUL. looks like someone missed the great guild bank massacre of august 2024.

When I hate something, I don’t lurk on its official website’s forums telling everyone how much I hate it.
It’s kinda weird.
You won’t see any original ideas outside of an expansions launch anymore, every patch until then are just going to be the same thing, the same formula with no risks taken.
Kinda sucks doesn’t it?

Nah, my love was hit and hit hard by it. Battered even with nothing except an “oopsie, our bad”
With the raid/dungeon testing starting this week, we can assume that the patch will hit mid february, maybe even early march. There is nothing to do but farming crests which is utterly boring. So, until the big patch is here seee ya fellas.
…how would it be if Larian Studios got a hold of WoW?
Considering they ruined one of my favorite series, awful.
what series did they ruin? baldur’s gate?
For me, yeah.
Not gonna be a popular take, but I’ve been very loud about my distaste for some of the things they did.
For example, how they handled Sarevok, Viconia, and Durge/Orin.
It’s not all bad. I think they did Jaheira justice mostly, and Act 2 was quite fun.
In a few weeks we will have both Punderstorm(yes I know not everyone like it) and that Timewalking event again.
I think there is still plenty people can do.
Classic players HATE retail.
Classic Players don’t even like Classic.
Rofl, yea I’ve seen a few classic players that look miserable.
