If you primarily PvP then is either form of flight high on your priority though?
If players have to be “forced” to spend time/interact with zones, then the zones need to be built better and have more content the players actually want to engage with.
Flying isn’t the problem.

The isles is where the expansion content is at, and unless your farming mogs/mats for old school recipes, it’s where everything matters.

Everyone? Why do people always talk in absolutes on these forums? The majority of people I’ve encountered love dragon riding.
I refuse to listen to reason? Really? When everywhere I log in the majority of players are using DR?
Look I’m not saying you’re wrong to have an opinion that static is better than dragon riding, if that’s your opinion so be it. But it is not the majority opinion.
I mean literally everywhere I go I see far more people using DR 
We literally just had an expansion full of leveling zones designed for dragon riding. I don’t think that’ll be a problem.

No one here is defending pathfinder. What we’re defending is this ridiculous notion that dragon riding is “unpopular” when experience in game and responses on forums (and not just these) have been majority favorable towards DR.
We’ve literally said MULTIPLE TIMES that we think pathfinder is stupid.
Can you explain to me how 310% is greater than 660% (old world DR) or 830% (Dragon Isles)
