I understand that the Windwalker needs some love. it’s kit is bloated, and we just basically waiting for cooldowns to refresh.
This is the time to be bold and experimental and propose NEW ideas and functions not to cling to a style of clunky class that’s been the exact same sense MoP.
Here is how the skill would work for WW:
Essence Font
Talent
(Brewmaster) after picking up a healing sphere: gain a buff called ready to font
(Windwalker) after spending 100 energy: gain a buff called ready to font
(Mistweaver) 7.2% of base mana
Instant and passively active like Starfall while moving or standing still and Channeled (3 sec cast) 12 sec cooldown

Unleashes a rapid twirl of Chi bolts at up to 5 enemies within 30 yds, every 1.0 sec for 3 sec. Each bolt dealing (14.2015% of Attack power) Fire damage over 8 sec.
Standing still while this skill is active pulls all hit enemies on top of the caster and its duration is reduced to 3 sec.
Each bolt has a chance to reduce the cooldown of Fortifying Brew by 1 sec.

Unleashes a rapid twirl of Chi bolts at up to 5 enemies within 30 yds, every 1.0 sec for 3 sec. Each bolt dealing (14.2015% of Attack power) Nature damage over 8 sec.
Standing still while this skill is active increases its damage by 25% and its duration by up to 8 sec.
Each bolt has a chance to reduce the cooldown of Touch of Karma by 1 sec.

Unleashes a rapid twirl of healing bolts at up to 5 allies within 30 yds, every 1.0 sec for 3 sec. Each bolt heals a target for (53.82% of Spell power), plus an additional (20.1562% of Spell power) over 8 sec.
Gust of Mists will heal affected targets twice. Castable while moving.
Each bolt has a chance to reduce the cooldown of Thunder Focus Tea by 1 sec.
