What it will include:

Normal Dungeons
Delves
Main Campaign
Professions
World Events
World Quests

You want to talk about predatory. Buying carries is predatory. Why aren’t you up in arms about that?

The threads about early access  I am against both.

EA is one of the lamest cheap and easy ways to grab an extra buck game companies have become fixated on recently.

Because you dragon ppl will buy it

during early access are heroic dungeons just completely undoable or are they just not on the lfd tool. Because awhile back there was an article about lfd not having heroic dungeons on it at first, but them still being queueable through making your own group.

Heroic Dungeons Not Available on Dungeon Finder Until Season 1 Starts in The War Within - Wowhead News

It looks like Heroic dungeons are not available at all until the global launch on 8/26 according to the graphic.

I did see the graphic that Ayukama showed I just remembered that wowhead article.

I remember at the time wondering why heroic dungeons weren’t queueable at launch through lfd, so now I am curious if technically it might still let people in that make their own groups.

If not, I completely understand and would consider that better for the game.

but if so, I could see people complaining that early access had found a way into heroic dungeons.

Would blizzard overlook something like that though?

Settle down if you seriously think it will give you an advantage over others. It’s acess to leveling. And leveling is so trivial, those “behind” will catch up in a day.

People are buying the heroic edition for the other extra goodies, not the 3 days early leveling. The leveling is just a little bonus on top. I’d bet just as many people would buy it even if it didn’t have the 3 day early access. Does that mean they should remove it? I’d be fine if they didn’t have it, but I think people are heavily overstating the impact those days will have.

I don’t know about this, but I’m hoping for some TWW post access clarity.

Let me say once again how grateful I am for the people who paid for early access who will be finding the last round of bugs before the rest of us start to play.

That is truly generous of you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This 30,000 post is brought to you by

Delves only to level 3 until S1 begins.

So the market will already be depressed and yet still dominated by the early goldbugs. But I guess that’s life. Too bad it has to apply to gaming as well but…[shrug].

Why in hate would they be like no, you can’t pick that flower?

Early access means you get to wait in queue earlier than every one else for 3 days

 Jesus H Christ, you people are too much.

Blizzard has already mentioned that early access only normal dungeons open , so basically only leveling.

If you want to level up many alts then early access is kinda a good deal.

Video games have generally been the same price for decades. The sub for WoW is the same way. Wages have more than doubled in that time. If $30 extra every couple years divides the game by social class, there a huge portion of players that may need to assess their situation.

I wish they would just charge $100 for expansions and up the sub so they can bring in more talent and/or knock off the micro transactions. There’s no way the quality of WoW or any other game survives another doubling of inflation for the same price.

They should have given each player who bought the epic edition one “invite a friend” pass so they could give one other player early access.

Or… those without early access can log in but will find themselves a giant cage where those with early access can decide if we want to spend our pass on them and let them out.
“Hey Trîçks, remember me? We did that quest together in 2019! Come on, let me out of here!”

The expansion. Then at some point a couple of weeks later the season starts like always.
