I am trying to find my FIRST WoW character from 2004. I Ember (NE Druid, female, last played in WotLK so Lv 80) was on Durotar (I think), in the guild Elune’s Shadow. How do I find her and get her on my new account?

Customer Support’s Contact Us page is not working. HOW do I contact Customer Support???
Character is on Durtotan, needs a new name when you log in - it will have numbers.
You’d need to use the character transfer service to move. Why did you make a new account?

I found her by switching Realms. Turns out I did NOT create a new account and left her unplayed at Level 61. Memories!
