Part one Anubisath Guardian Pack was purchased, and has not been applied to my account.
At the same time, I tried to make a support ticket in game yet the support ui was stuck with the thinking art a for over ten minutes. So I was forced to make a website ticket, which was done over 20 hours ago. I’m wondering if something is wrong with my account, or client, or is me being in the UK but forced to play in NA due to having an account from the 90s in the USA with tens of thousands of dallors invested in my WOW account. Making starting a new account a terrible idea, with Blizzard not allowing account transfers to the EU. Which they should.
But my question is how do I get resolution on my purchased item, or do I need to cancel it and try and buy it again.
I am faced with people not reading my issue, or am I speaking a differant languge.
Anubisath Guardian Pack
Is not an expansion, it is an in game cosmetic item with added currency for the trader.
As for buying things in the EU for a NA account, I have done this many times, this is the first issue I have had.

It has nothing to do with how old your account is. It’s about forum activity.
As for your issue, there could be a bug.
What ticket path did you go through? This would probably fall under “Problem with purchase/Purchase failure” which would get you to the right path. Ticket times do vary, and you’ll just have to sit tight an wait on an answer. Maybe, maybe a blue can shed some light on it, but there isn’t anything that can really be done over the forums.
Probably, but the way WoW was set up 20+ years ago didn’t allow for it, and there are a bunch of legal things iirc that prevent that.
There is also no need to get testy with people trying to help. Everyone here is human and can mis-read something. Just take a step back and wait on the ticket.
Someone could even pop in who had the same issue and may be able to point into the direction of a solution.
Also, check your bank to see if there isn’t some hang up between them and Blizzard.

This is GM XXXXXXX, and I’m here regarding the issue that you are facing with the Mounts and pets that’s not on the account.
So allow me to explain you you what’s going on here, as I can see that you have the Outland Epic Pack on the account.
So in Burning Crusade Classic, any mounts or pets, must be claimed by a quest, unlike Retail WoW Or Classic Progression wow, the mounts and pets haves a collectable and becomes account wide.
So your in-game collectibles are not sent to your character’s inventory nor mailbox. Instead, an innkeeper in any capital city will give you the rewards.
To claim your Outland Pack rewards, talk to an innkeeper and complete the quest A New Beginning.

Seriously did they even read my issue? Same GM replied to both tickets with the same thing.
It’s due to the software made by Discourse, libks bt tl3 become clickable.
