Is it worth getting two gathering professions to make gold? I have lots of time to farm, just trying to find the best way to farm gold up (without it costing me money)

You could go and get Mining-Herba. There is a macro online that auto swaps tracking every 5 seconds. Toggle on/off. But it uses GCD which quite annoys me 
I need to make myself get fishing and cooking. I feel like its such a passive income long term..but imma lazy.
It’s what I did and I earned 14,000g since TBC started.
Yes, double gathering professions are worth it. Not being able to track both at the same time is a minor nuisance with addons.

I just swap back and forth manually, but I also use Gathermate’s database so I have a solid idea when to switch.

yeah it switches between mining and herb tracking back and forth, it’s really nice.
