I finished the veiwing requirements to unlock the Ghastly Charger mount through the twitch drops, but when I click the “claim now” button, nothing happens. I tried claiming the drop on multiple browsers and nothing works. My twitch and battle.net accounts are properly linked, I do not use any alternative twitch accounts.
I saw on another post that someone unlinked b-net and twitch and reconnected them and it fixed their issue. I might try that, but wanted this posted for posterity.
Theres realy not much that can be done via forums.

Re-linking your account may work, especially if you recently changed the password on your bnet account. Doing so would show it as linked, but would not allow Twitch to communicate to Blizzard your status on the claim.

This is also not something that can be corrected by posting here, I’m afraid. You’ll want to reach out to Twitch support for issues on their platform.
