Has anyone else done this and not received a code? All my friends got their codes almost instantly. I’ve been waiting for over eight hours. I didn’t gift the subs anonymously. I gifted them before the event was over.
Is this a Twitch issue and I need to contact them or a Blizzard issue?

Yes I gifted to two streamers actually because I thought maybe I did something wrong. I gifted to Yumy and Sloot.
I’ve had friends that gifted to these streamers and got the code instantly as well.
I gifted 2 subs lastnight to swifty and still have not gotten any code aswell. I submitted a ticket to twitch no response.
Yeah still haven’t got mine either, did it yesterday well before the cutoff. I’ll wait until 24hrs before doing a ticket but not hopeful now.
I posted this issue in CS with my thoughts on why we havent gotten the code. I think its an issue on twitches end. Also check your invoice from twitch and see if it shows 12/13/2022. thats what mine shows and it should be 12/12/2022.
That seems to be the issue. I gifted the subs yesterday around 8pm and my Twitch invoice is showing it was on the 13th which means it would be past the promotion time. Which makes no sense. Someone on Twitch told me they reached out to Twitch and they told him he didn’t fulfill the requirements and he gifted at the same time as me.
Might just have to file a chargeback with my CC at this rate if Twitch is being that unhelpful.
