I have not received the Fathom Pet drop I earned 7 days ago. I have unlinked & relinked my twitch account. Logged out of Twitch and back in. Changed my password on twice in the past week. I know my link was working as I received all the Hearthstone anniversary drops earlier this month and all other drops as I watch them. I cannot open a ticket as there is no link to do so and your article points back to twitch and their article points back at you for support. The best part is your article at the bottom state’s customer service cannot give me the drop I earned either. Too bad so sad. Move along nothing more to see here attitude… not cool.
Just to make sure, Anarky, did you claim the pet once you earned it? I don’t see it under your licenses, which usually means it wasn’t claimed.

If I could share a link to the twitch website or a picture, It would show you that it is marked claimed. I am sure if you look at my history you will see I have claimed every WoW drop that I did not already have. Prime drops as well. Is there anything I cna do to get this or fix this?
That isn’t necessary, I was just asking to make sure.
After you completed the password reset, did you unlink and relink the account again? Password resets can break the link, so if that was one of the last things you did, it can cause an issue.
I’d try linking and relinking again, and if the pet doesn’t show up, submit a ticket. I can’t make any promises, we usually cannot assist, but it may be worth a shot. Definitely include a screenshot of your twitch drop, including the Twitch handle, in the ticket.

I am having this issue as well with the Fathom pet, showed as claimed but not in inventory. I have never had an issue prior to claiming any twitch drops. I couldn’t find the answer on any posts; if unlink/link or ticket doesn’t allow it to be claimed, will the Fathom pet be available at a later date either in the store or in the Trading Post like how the pet Ichabod was?
I’m having the same issue.
I can confirm in Twitch that I’ve claimed the Fathom Pet, and it’s got a check mark saying game account connected there.
I’ve tried explicitly relinking my accounts (in case I’d changed password since I did it first time).
I tried submitting a ticket. Twitch team say it looks good on their side. However Blizzard Customer Support say they can’t help in anyway, and directed me here.
[Edit]: I’ve also had no problems claiming past drops.
I’m having this same issue as well. Pet shows claimed on twitch, have claimed plenty of items with no issues in the past, but the pet never showed up in game at all. Would love to get this fixed.
Try unlinking and relinking your twitch and bnet accounts
